HOTEL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings.

  • A binding contract is formed once payment is authorised and a confirmation email or printable confirmation page is issued.

2. RATES & PAYMENT

2.1 Flexible Rate Bookings

  • Payment is due on check-in.

  • Cancellations must be received no later than 2:00 PM local time on the day prior to arrival.

  • Cancellations received after this time, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a charge equal to one night's stay.

2.2 Advance Purchase / Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

  • These bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-amendable.

  • Cancellations or no-shows will result in 100% charge of the booking total.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Flexible Rate Bookings: May be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM local time the day before arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the first night.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: No refunds or amendments are permitted. Full charges apply regardless of reason.

4. MODIFICATIONS

  • Flexible bookings may be modified before the cancellation deadline, subject to availability.

  • Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for modification under any circumstances.

5. NO-SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURE

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

  • Early departures are considered cancellations and will be charged for the full booking duration.

6. REFUNDS & EXCEPTIONS

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations outside the permitted window for flexible bookings.

  • Non-refundable bookings are final. Exceptions for illness, bereavement, or force majeure events are at the hotel’s sole discretion and may require supporting documentation.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. DEFINITIONS

  • “Local time” refers to UK (London) time.

  • “Day prior” means the full calendar day before the day of arrival.

9. GROUP BOOKINGS (10 ROOMS OR MORE)

9.1 Definition

  • A Group Booking is defined as any reservation of 10 rooms or more, whether made under one name or associated with the same organiser or event.

9.2 Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

  • The remaining 75% balance is due no later than six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled check-in date.

  • For bookings made within six weeks of arrival, full payment is required upfront.

9.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All payments for group bookings are strictly non-refundable, including deposits and balances.

  • This policy applies in all cases, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, guest cancellations, force majeure, weather, illness, or bereavement.

  • A reduction in group size does not qualify for partial refunds.

  • Non-payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all payments.

9.4 Amendments

  • Room name or allocation changes may be made up to four (4) weeks before arrival, subject to availability and written approval.

  • Changes cannot reduce the total number of rooms booked.

  • Amendments after this period are at the hotel's discretion.

9.5 Acknowledgement

  • By paying the group deposit, the organiser confirms acceptance of these terms, including the non-refundable nature of all payments.
